Prices quoted are per week for high season i.e. July and August.
(but not all) of our villa owners offer a 15% - 30% discount for
bookings during the months of June and September (mid season), and
further discounts for low season according to the time of year and
length of stay. You can benefit from a winter break on the Riviera
and take advantage of the close proximity of the ski slopes for
an amazingly low price !
of 10% is levied on all bookings of 10 days or less during July
and August (most villas are only available for a minimum of 2 weeks
in high season). For bookings of 10 days and less in June and September,
rentals will be charged at full summer rate or at a reduced discount,
depending on the villa. Pricing and availability information serves
only as a guide. We can confirm discounts and any special offers
at the time of your enquiry.
One third of the total rental price is invoiced and due payable at
the time of booking, with the balance and the security deposit due
2 months prior to arrival. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer
via our office in London, but not by credit card. Full bank details
will be provided on our invoice.
2 sets of linen per bed are provided for all rentals of 2 weeks or
more in high season. For other periods linen has to be hired, or if
the villa owner's linen is used, laundered, at the client's cost.

One of the region's best kept secrets is the number of ski resorts
within one to two hours drive of the coast. The biggest resorts in
the Alpes Maritimes are Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg, and closest
to the coast is the small family resort of Gréolières-les-Neiges.
The season is open from December to April, so why not rent a villa
and enjoy the winter sun and snow !
Garden and pool maintenance are always included in the price of the
rental. Some villas include a certain amount of maid service in the
price, and this is stated in the "Services" section of each villa
description. Any other staff or services you require, including hire
of equipment (as detailed in the Additional Information section) can
be arranged by our experienced consultants. Please call or e-mail

deposit of 25% of the total cost of the rental is held against utility
and service charges, and any damage or breakages which may occur during
your stay. We aim to return the balance of your deposit together with
a detailed statement as quickly as possible, but in our experience
this can take around one month. In a few cases, for example where
the telephone charges are not immediately available, it may take 2
- 3 months.
All household utility services, i.e. electricity, gas, oil, telephone/fax
call charges, excepting water use, are deducted from the security
deposit. Usage is metered and charged at cost. You will receive a
statement of charges detailing such deductions upon the return of
the security deposit balance.
